SLI announces New Board Member

SLI Global Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Piddington to the SLI Board of Directors. Terry currently serves as Senior Partner and President at Core Capital Group, an investment banking firm that provides strategic and merger and acquisition services to a broad range of technology companies. Terry has been directly involved in the M&A world for over 20 years and has led a great many successful transactions with government contractors in the $10 million to $100 million revenue range. Prior to joining Core Capital Group in 2000, Terry had over 25 years of executive-level operating, marketing and sales, strategic development and M&A experience in both the public and private sectors. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Development for Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA). While with CTA he was instrumental in guiding the company’s growth from $15 million to over $250 million in annual sales. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the national honor society for collegiate business schools.
